USING THE WRISTBANDS 

 If there is any question of treating a medical condition especially morning sickness we advise you consult a doctor before ordering. The efficacy of the Acupressure Wrist bands is based on the techniques of Acupressure, which is used worldwide in natural alternative medicine.   Please read instructions before use, you should only use the Acupressure Wrist bands for its intended use and only to be worn on the wrists. Only wear when you are in a state of consciousness.

AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to availability. If any item you have chosen is unavailable,

we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or phone within 5 working days.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We only payments through Paypal at the moment.

 

DELIVERY CHARGE

When you place your order you have a choice of how you want your goods to be sent. This charge is added to your order. We will try to dispatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery should be 7 days. We will inform you of any change to the delivery time.

 

OVERSEAS ORDERS, VAT AND IMPORT DUTIES

We are unfortunately unable to offer delivery to the USA or Canada.

For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case. Some countries (including but not limited to Israel, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax; you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED DELIVERY

If your goods have damaged in transit or failed to arrive please contact customer services by emailing hello@myrtleandmaude.com     Once we have verified the damage we can then rectify the situation.

 

UK orders - If your goods have failed to arrive we will ask you to wait 7 days past the standard delivery time and we can then re-send you the goods.

 

Overseas orders – If your goods have failed to arrive we will ask you to wait up to a maximum of 30 days from dispatch, after this period has passed we can re-send the goods.

 

14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from Myrtle & Maude. However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 14 days from the date you received the goods for a full refund including the initial delivery charge.

 

The only stipulation is that we receive the request for a refund in writing, preferably as an email. We ask that you return the goods in the condition they arrived with you, repacked into the box/packaging they arrived in. The consumer is responsible for the goods until the seller receives them and the consumer is also responsible for the payment of returning.

 

After examining the returned goods refunds will be credited within 30 days.

 

EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT

We will exchange subject to the returns stipulation above, but delivery may be recharged.

Before returning any items please contact us.

 

RETURNS

Parcel up the returning goods securely in the original package and include the delivery note. Packages must be returned pre-paid, and please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until received by us.  We advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY?

In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives then we will be happy to replace it for you.

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning the item. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

 

COMPLAINTS

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance your complaint should be emailed to hello@myrtleandmaude.com .We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 5 days.

 

DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose or divulge this information to others.
