Myrtle & Maude’s Menopause collection is specifically created to support you through your Menopause journey. Peri menopause and Menopause pose their own individual challenges, our range of products provides relief for all stages of Menopause.

Menopause typically occurs in women between ages 45 to 55, however, Perimenopause can happen earlier with some women noticing changes in their mid 30’s. Symptoms associated with the Perimenopause and Menopause include; disturbed sleep, difficulty focusing and remembering, low libido, anxiety and depression, mood swings and irritability and hot flushes and night sweats. 

There are at least 34 symptoms of the Menopause and each person will experience a different range of symptoms.

Using traditional herbal medicine we have created a range of bioceutical products dedicated to supporting women throughout Menopause. Our inhaler and tea our plant-derived formulas to help provide natural relief from symptoms such as hot flushes, mood swings and heavy bleeding.
