2. Massage the skin - Gently massage the product into your skin with your fingers, using a circular motion, for about 1 minute. Research has suggested that massage can help prevent stretch marks.
3. Try maintain your weight (we know this can be hard)
Maintaining a healthy way is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your health, and it can help to reduce stretch marks too. Stretch marks may occur when your skin pulls apart quickly due to rapid weight gain.
4. Eat a nutrient-rich diet
Eating foods that boost skin health may help.
5. Frequently moisturise
6. Dermatologists have recommends applying multiple products to the prone areas, which creates a layering effect. The result is more protection and hydration, recommending an oil and then a balm/butter
