Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
We will always try to accommodate cancellation requests before your order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with this Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returning Unwanted Items
You may return eligible items for a refund provided that:
- the item is unopened
- unused
- in its original condition
- and suitable for resale
To arrange a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items should be returned promptly after approval and securely packaged.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning any item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned item for refunds to be processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless:
- the item is faulty
- damaged
- or sent incorrectly
Premium delivery upgrades are also non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- faulty
- damaged
- defective
- or incorrect

If a return is required due to our error or a product fault, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.
Please retain proof of postage when returning items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns on certain opened or used products unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to investigate with the delivery provider.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to amend or refund the order until it has been returned to us by the delivery provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for:
- undeliverable items
- uncollected parcels
- incorrectly addressed orders
