Same Day Dispatch
Order before 1:30pm Monday–Friday for same day dispatch.
Orders placed after 1:30pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note our fulfilment warehouse does not currently operate on weekends or bank holidays.

Europe Delivery
All European orders are shipped using:

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for any local duties, taxes, or import charges payable upon delivery.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received your dispatch confirmation email.
Royal Mail tracking updates can occasionally take time to appear and may only fully update after the first delivery attempt.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within:
- 5 working days after dispatch (UK orders)
- 10 working days after dispatch (International orders)

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address has been provided and the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may be unable to amend the address until the parcel has been returned to us by the delivery provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable for:
- undeliverable items
- uncollected parcels
- incorrectly addressed orders
Rest of World Delivery
We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK and selected European destinations.
