Have sex regularly: Couples who have sex every day or every other day have the highest pregnancy rates.

Curb caffeine: We are a nation of tea and coffee lovers however; Studies show that consuming less than 200 milligrams of caffeine per day does not affect fertility. That's about 1-2 cups of 6-8 oz coffee a day.
Take your vitamins: The NHS recommends taking Vitamin D and folic acid. It's recommended that you take: 400 micrograms of folic acid every day – from before you're pregnant until you're 12 weeks pregnant. This is to reduce the risk of problems in the baby's development in the early weeks of pregnancy.
It is also recommended that you take a daily vitamin D supplement.
