Organic Morning Sickness Tea (Trimester 1)
Pregnant? Congratulations! Morning Sickness? We feel you! Using all natural ingredients such as ginger and peppermint, our organic tea helps alleviate morning sickness symptoms of nausea & vomiting. Formulated by our expert herbalist.
Organic Raspberry Leaf Tea preparing your body for Labour (Trimester 3)
100% organic raspberry leaf, this medicinal plant has been used for centuries to help prepare a women’s reproductive system for birth. It strengthens the uterine muscles, which helps promote regular contractions. Raspberry leaves have been enjoyed by pregnant women from the earliest times. So, what makes raspberry leaf so effective for pregnant women? Raspberry leaves are a larder of nutrients and are a tonic for the entire body.
Organic Lactation Tea for Breastfeeding (Trimester 4)
Rich in galactagogues, our milk flow tea naturally promotes breast milk production and provides vital nutrients for a nursing mother. Childbirth is an extremely strenuous thing for your body (and mind) to go through. Because of this, replenishing yourself after birth is key. Our creation comprises a nourishing mix of meticulously chosen herbs. Galactagogue herbs stimulate the production of milk. Many galactagogues are also powerful uterine stimulants so it’s important not to consume when pregnant.
Pregnancy is a long journey where the body goes through a lot of changes, which physically, emotionally and mentally affect women. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and well-being during this time to ensure your safety and your babies. Self care is a great way to check in with yourself and help you understand what your body needs and when.
