How Aromatherapy works inhaling through the nose?

Inhalation is the quickest method by which essential oils enter the body and take effect. The surrounding warm, moist air carries the tiny molecules up the nose as we breathe in. This wonderful apparatus is the only organ with direct access to the brain, influencing our feelings and actions.

There are tiny hairs called cilia right at the top of the nose, from which special signals commence their journey to the brain.   • Smell fresh scents: Fresh scents of citrus, ginger and mint are uplifting and refreshing and can cover any other scent that might turn your stomach. They also can help settle the stomach
