Perimenopause
Perimenopause means ‘’around menopause’’ which refers to the time surrounding the female body making its natural transition to menopause. This stage is also referred to as the ‘menopausal transition. In the transition stage the menstrual cycle starts to become irregular and women may begin to experience symptoms such as hot flushes. Women can start Perimenopause at different ages.
